On The Road

Good Morning. Today was the start of my morning rides. I did it, got up at 5:50AM. I got dressed and went outside. According to my bike computer I did 7km, with knowing it is not right I think it was fore like 7 miles in about 25min. Was a nice peaceful ride being one of the few people up and out that early in the morning. Loved it, peddled hard. My legs are feeling it now, but its a good pain I hope. lol  My gluteus maximus still hurts cause I have not found the right seat and have not purchased a pair of those nice bike shorts(that I did not know had built in padding). This has turned out to be an expensive hobby/exercise. Like most hobbies, there is a good start up cost and always more things you need and think you need and just plain want. A good pair of bike shorts....$100 or MORE. WOW. A new entry level road bike from a bike shop minimum $750. I do not have that kind of money. :( Oh well life goes on, I buy what I can and just keep riding my used bike. I t looks like these early morning ride could work out well to build my self up to keep up with those ABES.
